As a general principle no text or image that figures on http://www.mediah.be  or one of its sub-pages may be copied, used  or published in whatever shape or on whatever media without the formal agreement of the site owner.
 
The only exceptions that are tolerated are:
1. The printing of one or more pages for your personal use
2. The use of a link on your website to http://www.mediah.be . For that purpose the MEDIAH-logo may be used via a direct link to pages or files on the MEDIAH website.
 
Site design
On top of the texts and images on the website, the website design on its own is also protected by  copyright. This means that it is not allowed to copy style sheets, java scripts or html files for re-use on others locations or websites. Also the MEDIAH colour palette and general layout are protected by copyright.
 
Third party rights 
This site may contain images for which the rights are owned by third parties. These images can be recognized by the copyright notification that appears when the cursor moves over the image. In that case MEDIAH has concluded an agreement with the copyright owner for the use of the image on its website.
